Remember last October when I cycled 1000 miles in October because my friend Tony Abou-Ganim said it would be fun and we'd raise a load of money for bartenders battling cancer?

Well apparently I didn't learn my lesson because I'm doing it again this year!

I'll keep you all up to date with my progress as I clock up as many miles as possible this month towards that magic 1000 target.

Please please please if I could ask you to donate even a few dollars it would be so greatly appreciated, I'm aiming for $1 per mile, so $1000 total, and anything you can spare to help me move toward that goal would be amazing!
