Instructions

• Salt half the rim of a rocks glass by rubbing the edge with a lime wedge
• Roll the side of the glass into a saucer containing a mixture of table salt and sea salt flakes (Think Maldon!)
• Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake
• Strain into your pre-prepared glass
• Add a lime wedge
• Done!

Andy's Top Tip - I recommend only covering half the glass with salt to leave your options open!
