A relatively simple highball cocktail, but delicious nonetheless
It has a kick like a mule, a Moscow Mule that is!
How to make a Horse's Neck cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 50ml Cognac
- 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Top with Ginger Ale
- Garnish - A long lemon spiral
Instructions
- Cut a long spiral shaped piece of lemon zest
- Fill a highball glass with ice making sure to wrap the spiral around the inside of the glass as you do so
- Pour the ingredients into the glass in the order listed
- Bob's your Auntie's husband!
