How to make a Angel Face cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 20ml Gin
- 20ml Calvados
- 20ml Apricot Brandy
- Garnish - Red apple chevron on the rim (optional)
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice
- Pour in the ingredients in the order listed
- Stir for 30 seconds
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
- Add the garnish if you choose to do so
Andy's Top Tip - For a slightly fruitier version substitute apricot liqueur for the apricot brandy
