Tiger's Milk

It's not as dangerous to collect the ingredients as it may seem
A very unusual cocktail this, but not in a bad way. It's not for everyone, but if you like rich, creamy cocktails this one is for you.
How to make a Tiger's Milk cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 10ml Grenadine (To rinse the glass)
- 50ml Cognac (Don't use up the XO for this one!)
- 1 Teaspoon of Runny Honey
- 75ml Double Cream
- Garnish - Freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Pour the grenadine into a rocks glass and swirl as to coat the inside of the glass with a thin layer
- Pour all the other ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Fill the grenadine-coated glass with ice, and also fill the shaker with ice and shake
- Strain into your pre-prepared glass
- Grate the garnish!
