In essence a strawberry version of the Bellini

There are a number of variations on the Bellini, with all manner of different fruit flavours being tried, this one works well.

How to make a Rossini cocktail at home

Ingredients

  • 100ml Prosecco
  • 45ml Strawberry Puree
  • Garnish - A fresh half strawberry on the rim of the glass is always a nice addition I think

Instructions

Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass
Swirl for 10-12 seconds to combine the ingredients without shaking them too vigorously
Pour into a chilled flute
Add the sliced strawberry onto the rim of the glass

Andy's Top Tip - If you feel this cocktail isn't 'fruity' enough for you, add 10ml of strawberry liqueur.
