Instructions

• Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white
• Add ice and shake again (wet shake)
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Add the garnish either in to the glass or on a cocktail stick

Andy's Top Tip - If you like the flavour of Amaretto but don't want it to be so sweet, split the Amaretto in half with bourbon to give this a shot in the arm!
