Created by the legend that is Mr Dick Bradsell, and this drink is worth of his legacy
This drink is a true all-rounder, testament to the genius of Dick Bradsell.
How to make a Bramble cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 30ml Gin
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 20ml Creme de Mure (or suitable berry liqueur)
- Garnish - A lemon wedge and a blackberry
Instructions
- Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice
- Pour in the gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup
- Top up with lots more crushed ice
- Add the garnish on to; and a couple of straws
- Drizzle the liqueur over the top to create a ripple effect as it filters through the crushed ice
