A summer certainty!
It's not summer until you've broken open the Pimm's, and there's no more certain sign that the fun is over once the weather won't allow it.
How to make a Pimm's Cup cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 50ml Pimm's No.1
- 200ml Lemonade (or ginger ale)
- Garnish - Mint, orange, lime, cucumber & strawberry
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass
Andy's Top Tip - If you want your Pimm's to be dressed to impress then try layering the drink instead. This is done by:
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Fill to 3/4 with lemonade (or ginger ale)
- Add a straw or two
- Place the fruit in the glass
- Carefully pour the Pimm's on the top and it should float happily
