A classic creamy after-dinner cocktail
A wonderfully decadent cocktail to be enjoyed after dinner, or just if you have a sweet tooth.
How to make a Brandy Alexander cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 30ml Cognac
- 30ml Dark Creme de Cacao (or suitable chocolate liqueur)
- 30ml Double Cream
- Garnish - Grated nutmeg on the top
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
- Grate fresh nutmeg over the top of the drink
