Dry Martini (Vodka)

Aka the Vodkatini.
The vodka version of the classic Dry Martini as preferred by none other than James Bond.
How to make a Dry Martini (Vodka) cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 10ml Dry Vermouth
- 60ml Vodka of choice
- Garnish - Single green olive or a lemon twist
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice
- Pour the vermouth (preferably straight from the fridge) over the ice trying to cover as much ice as possible
- Stir 6 times with a spoon
- Strain out the excess liquid and discard, leaving the ice in the mixing glass
- Pour in the chosen spirit (Preferably straight from the freezer)
- Stir for 30 seconds
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
- Add a twist of lemon or a single green olive on a cocktail stick
