Named for Scottish poet Robert Burns, the Bard of Ayrshire (1759-1796).
How to make a Bobby Burns cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 45ml Highland malt scotch
- 15ml sweet vermouth
- 10ml Bénédictine
- Garnish - No need!
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice
- Pour in the ingredients in the order listed
- Stir for 30 seconds
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
- Job done!
