The national drink of Brazil given the Andy Pearson treatment
This version of the drink brings together the European / US way of making a Caipirinha, and the way I've enjoyed it in its native Brazil. It is a longer, stronger drink in Brazil than we are used to, so I have created a version that tastes like it was made in Brazil, but its appearance is that of the more well known version in order to not scare people off.
Andy's Top Tip - I advise chilling your Cachaca and using it straight from the fridge or freezer
If you wish to make a Caipiroska Cocktail simply swap the cachaca for vodka
