A cracker for Christmas morning

This drink is soooo simple to make and yet it tastes divine.

How to make a Apple & Mango Mimosa cocktail at home

Ingredients

  • Apple & Mango Juice
  • Prosecco
  • Garnish - Cinnamon dusted apple slice

Instructions

  • Fill half a flute with chilled Prosecco (2/3 if you need a kick-start)
  • Top with the juice (which should be kept chilled also)
  • Cut some slices of apple, smear with a touch of lemon juice (it stops them turning brown!), lay them on a plate and sprinkle on the cinnamon powder
  • Make a small slice in each apple slice just before you pop it on the side of the glass

Andy's Top Tip - The idea is people eat the slice before drinking the Mimosa, it adds an extra dimension to what is ultimately a really easy drink to make
