Cheeky little combination of Mojito and Daiquiri
This is a cheeky little crowd-pleaser, and looks like it took much more time to prepare than it actually does.
How to make a Mint Daiquiri cocktail at home
Ingredients
50ml Bacardi
60ml Master of Mixes Mojito Mixer
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Garnish - A mint sprig
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker
- Add ice and shake
- Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint
Andy's Top Tip - If you don't want to pre-squeeze lime juice simple squeeze 2 lime wedges into the shaker instead
