Instructions

• Wipe half the rim of the glass with a lime wedge then roll that edge of the glass in a saucer of salt
• Slice the chilli and place in a shaker with the other ingredients
• Fill shaker with ice (and your salt rimmed rocks glass at the same time) and shake
• Strain into your ice-filled salt-rimmed glass
• Add the pepper to complete the look
