Negroni Sbagliato

If only all mistakes were this good!
So the story goes that Mirko Stocchetti created this drink by mistake (sbagliato in Italian actually means 'mistake') by grabbing a bottle of Prosecco instead of gin when making a Negroni at Bar Basso in Milan.
How to make a Negroni Sbagliato cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 35ml Campari
- 35ml Martini Rosso
- 35ml Prosecco (but don't worry if you go over a little!)
- Garnish - Orange Zest
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients in the order listed over ice in a rocks glass
- Squeeze the orange zest over the top and then drop it in the glass
- Salut!
