Not sketchy at all, in fact it's one of my favourites!
One of my favourite drinks created by one of my favourite people, Mr Gary Regan. Gaz created this cocktail for graphic artist Jill DeGroff (I'm still waiting for my portrait!).
How to make a Caricature cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 45ml Gin
- 20ml Cointreau
- 15ml Campari
- 15ml Martini Rosso
- 15ml Grapefruit Juice
- Garnish - Oval Orange Zest
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker
- Fill with ice
- Shake
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Squeeze orange zest onto the surface of the drink and drop it into the glass
