Created by Wayne Collins and it's an absolute cracker!
Yet more testimony to Wayne's genius, I love this drink. The best one of these I've ever had was in fact made by Dimi Lenska in his front room one night in Mumbai, cheers to you both gentlemen!
How to make a White Negroni cocktail at home
Ingredients
- Gin 60ml
- Lillet Blanc 30ml
- Suze 22.5ml
- Garnish - Lemon Zest
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass
- Stir for 30 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice (or an ice block as I've done in the picture)
- Squeeze the lemon zest over the top of the drink then place it in the glass
