How to make a Stiletta Negroni cocktail at home
Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila 45ml
- Martini Rosso 30ml
- Star Anise Infused Campari 30ml
- Garnish - Star Anise Pod
Top Tip - Phil Ward's recipe for infusing star anise into Campari is to combine 20 star anise pods with one 750ml bottle of Campari in a jar. Seal and shake gently. Let infuse for about 8 hours or overnight. Strain through a double layer of dampened cheesecloth, and bonanza!
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredient into an ice-filled mixing glass
- Stir for 30 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Pop in a star anise pod
