Instructions

• Pour all of the ingredients into an ice-filled glass
• Cut an orange wedge and an orange zest
• Spritz the zest over the top of the drink and then discard
• Pop the orange wedge into the glass

Andy's Top Tip - Pour half the soda into the ice-filled glass to get a better mix of ingredients without having to stir it and lose the sparkle.  Then add the Campari, wine and remaining soda.
