A sweet treat straight from the pastry section!

Utilising the wonderful Coco Re'al cream of coconut this is a cocktail for those with a sweet tooth, this could easily be enjoyed in place of dessert, or just with dessert, it's up to you!

How to make a Macaroon Martini cocktail at home

Ingredients

  • 25ml Coco Re'al Cream of Coconut
  • 60ml Vodka
  • 25ml Almond Milk
  • 15ml Almond Syrup (Orgeat)
  • 15ml Egg White

Instructions

  • Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  • Shake without ice to emulsify the egg white (The dry shake)
  • Add ice and shake again (The wet shake)
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
  • Add a macaroon to the side of the glass to enjoy later!
