How to make a Espresso Martini - The Andy Pearson Version cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 35ml Vodka
- 15ml Kahlua (or other suitable coffee liqueur)
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 Shot of Fresh Hot Espresso
- Garnish - 3 coffee beans on the surface
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
- Add the coffee beans on top as a garnish
