Where Whiskey Sour meets red wine, literally the best of both worlds.
How to make a New York Sour cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 60ml Bourbon
- 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 15ml Egg White
- 30ml Cabernet Sauvignon (or similar red wine)
Instructions
- Pour the first 4 ingredients into a shaker
- Dry shake without ice to emulsify the egg white and add texture
- Add ice and wet shake
- Strain into a rocks glass containing either an ice block or regular cubed ice
- Float the wine on the top
- Job done!
