A wonderful Tequila adaption of the Negroni
Created by Eric Gigers and featured in the recipe portfolio of Imbibe Magazine for Negroni Week.
How to make a Jalisco Stroll cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 30ml Blanco Tequila
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml Dry Vermouth
- 4 Drops of Saline Solution
- Garnish - Lemon Zest
Instructions
- Pour the ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass
- Stir for 30 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass over block ice (or regular cubed ice if not available)
- Squeeze the lemon zest over the top of the drink and drop it into the glass
- Enjoy!
