Created by Dublin bartender Ger Cullen this is a great mash-up of the Negroni and the Breakfast Martini

Ger calls for Irish Tea for his gin infusion, you'll forgive me if I use Yorkshire Tea instead, or Mason's Yorkshire Tea Infused Gin, cheers!

How to make a Breakfast Negroni cocktail at home


  • 2 Teaspoons Orange Marmalade
  • 30ml Tea-Infused Gin
  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml Cinzano Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitter
  • Garnish - Orange Zest


  • Pour all of the ingredients into an empty mixing glass
  • Stir to dissolve the marmalade
  • Add ice and stir for 30 seconds
  • Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
  • Add the garnish
  • Enjoy your breakfast!
