Breakfast Negroni

Created by Dublin bartender Ger Cullen this is a great mash-up of the Negroni and the Breakfast Martini
Ger calls for Irish Tea for his gin infusion, you'll forgive me if I use Yorkshire Tea instead, or Mason's Yorkshire Tea Infused Gin, cheers!
How to make a Breakfast Negroni cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 2 Teaspoons Orange Marmalade
- 30ml Tea-Infused Gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml Cinzano Sweet Vermouth
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitter
- Garnish - Orange Zest
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients into an empty mixing glass
- Stir to dissolve the marmalade
- Add ice and stir for 30 seconds
- Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
- Add the garnish
- Enjoy your breakfast!
