This is how to make a Pisco Sour variation that is served over ice.

Featuring Pisco, the traditional grape brandy made in Chile and Peru.

How to make a Pisco Sour (On the Rocks) cocktail at home

Ingredients

  • 60ml Pisco
  • 45ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 15ml Egg White
  • Garnish - None

Instructions

  • Pour all the ingredients into an empty cocktail shaker
  • 'Dry shake' (without ice)
  • Add ice and 'wet shake'
  • Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
  • Enjoy!
