Pisco Sour (On the Rocks)

This is how to make a Pisco Sour variation that is served over ice.
Featuring Pisco, the traditional grape brandy made in Chile and Peru.
How to make a Pisco Sour (On the Rocks) cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 60ml Pisco
- 45ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 15ml Egg White
- Garnish - None
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into an empty cocktail shaker
- 'Dry shake' (without ice)
- Add ice and 'wet shake'
- Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
- Enjoy!
