How to make a Blackberry & Sage Smash cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 3 Blackberries
- 2 Sage Leaves
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 7.5ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Dash Grenadine (2ml Approx)
- 60ml Bourbon
- Garnish - A Blackberry & A Sage Leaf
Instructions
- Into an empty shaker place everything but the Bourbon
- Crush with a muddler of similar item like a rolling pin
- Pour in the Bourbon
- Add ice and shake
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with cracked ice
- Add the garnish
- Slurp it through a straw!
