Sloe Gin Spritz

A decadent berry spritz!
Sparkling wine brings the rich berry flavours of Sloe Gin to life in this wonderful cocktail.
How to make a Sloe Gin Spritz cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 45ml Sloe Gin
- 30ml Fresh lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Top with Sparkling Wine (Approx 60ml)
Instructions
- Pour the non-sparkling ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake
- Strain into an ice-filled flute or highball glass
- Top up with sparkling wine
Andy's Top Tip - If you add a splash of sparkling wine into the glass before pouring in the shaken cocktail it helps bring it all together.
