An upscale version of the humble Campari & orange.
The Prosecco lifts this drink to a whole new level.
How to make a Blush Spritz cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 45ml Campari
- 100ml Fresh Orange Juice
- Top with Prosecco (Approx 75ml)
- Garnish - Orange Zest
Instructions
- Pour the Campari & orange into a shaker
- Add ice and shake
- Strain into an ice-filled glass
- Add the Prosecco
- Pop the garnish in the glass
- Job Done!
