The Prosecco lifts this drink to a whole new level.

How to make a Blush Spritz cocktail at home


  • 45ml Campari
  • 100ml Fresh Orange Juice
  • Top with Prosecco (Approx 75ml)
  • Garnish - Orange Zest


  • Pour the Campari & orange into a shaker
  • Add ice and shake
  • Strain into an ice-filled glass
  • Add the Prosecco
  • Pop the garnish in the glass
  • Job Done!
