A great combination for the cooler weather.

Beautiful deep warming spices from the chai tea infuse wonderfully into the freshly pressed apple juice.

How to make a Chai Appletini cocktail at home

Ingredients

  • 50ml Bourbon
  • 20ml Chai Tea Syrup
  • 15ml Fresh lemon Juice
  • 30ml Freshly Pressed Apple Juice
  • Garnish - Star Anise

Instructions

  • Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker
  • Add ice and shake
  • Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass (Martini or Coupe)
  • Add the garnish
  • Enjoy!

Andy's Top Tip - To make the chai tea syrup just make sugar syrup with equal parts sugar and water (1 cup of each) in a pan over medium heat.  Once the sugar dissolves turn off the heat and add 2 chai tea bags and leave to infuse for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bags and leave to cool.
