Spiced Ginger Mojito

I created this cocktail when I was managing bars in London, and I have served it in pretty much every place ever since, including my home!

How to make a Spiced Ginger Mojito cocktail at home


  • 1 Whole Lime
  • 3 Bar Spoons of Sugar
  • 10-12 Medium-Sized Mint Leaves
  • 60ml Spiced Gold Rum
  • 75ml Ginger Beer
  • Garnish - Mint Sprig


  • Chop lime into 8 pieces
  • Drop them into a highball glass
  • Add sugar
  • Crush with a muddling stick
  • Add in the mint and the rum
  • Add crushed ice and churn with the bar spoon
  • Add the ginger beer
  • Top up the crushed ice
  • Add the garnish
  • Grab a straw
  • Enjoy!
