Eyeball Martini

How to make a Eyeball Martini cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 10ml Dry Vermouth
- 60ml of Gin or Vodka
- Garnish - Eyeball on a Stick!
- I made my garnish using a cocktail onion, licorice and food colouring.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice
- Pour the vermouth over the ice trying to cover as much ice as possible
- Stir 6 times with a spoon
- Strain out the excess liquid and discard, leaving the ice in the mixing glass
- Pour in the chosen spirit (Preferably straight from the freezer)
- Stir for 30 seconds
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
- Add the garnish on a cocktail stick
