A fantastic sparkling cocktail by the legendary Audrey Saunders.
How to make a Old Cuban cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 60ml Gold Rum
- 30ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 6 Medium-Sized Mint Leaves
- Top with Sparkling Wine
- Garnish - A floating mint sprig OR a lime wedge & mint sprig on the rim of the glass
Instructions
- Pour the rum, lime & sugar syrup into an empty shaker
- Add the mint leaves and press lightly into the mixture
- Add ice and shake
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Top with sparkling wine
- Add a garnish
- Enjoy!
