Also on this site is the David Embury variation with the addition of fresh orange juice.
How to make a Bees Knees (Classic Recipe) cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 60ml Gin
- 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Honey Syrup
- Garnish - Lemon Zest
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Add the garnish
- Have fun!
