How to make a Pumpkin Spiced Mimosa cocktail at home

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Puree
  • 15ml Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • 25ml Vodka
  • Top with Prosecco
  • Garnish - Cinnamon Sugar Rim, Whipped Cream & Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

  • Wipe honey syrup around the rim of a Champagne flute
  • Roll the now sticky edge in a tray of cinnamon sugar
  • Place the flute(s) in the fridge until required
  • In the meantime...
  • Pour all of the non-sparkling ingredients into an empty cocktail shaker
  • Fill it with ice and shake
  • Fill the flute 80% full with the Prosecco
  • Pour in the shaken cocktail mixture
  • Add the whipped cream
  • Sprinkle on the pumpkin pie spice
  • Give thanks!
