How to make a Park Lane cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 60ml Gin
- 20ml Apricot Liqueur
- 20ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 5ml Grenadine
- 15ml Egg White
- Garnish - Fancy Orange Zest
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients into an empty shaker
- Dry Shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white for better texture
- Add ice and shake again (Wet Shake)
- Strain into a chilled cocktail (Martini) glass
- Add the garnish to the rim of the glass
- Sip & Savour!
