How to make a Gin Basil Smash cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 60ml Gin
- 2 Large Sprigs of Fresh Basil
- 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Garnish - Another Sprig of Basil!
Instructions
- Place 2 large sprigs of fresh basil into an empty shaker
- Crush it with a muddler or rolling pin
- Pour in the gin, lemon & sugar
- Add ice and shake
- Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
- Add extra basil to garnish
- Enjoy refreshment!
