A Canadian take on the Old Fashioned.
How to make a Maple Old Fashioned cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 10ml Maple Syrup Mix
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- 2 Dashes Aromatic bitters
- 60ml Bourbon
- Garnish - Orange Zest
Instructions
- Add the maple syrup mix, the bitters & 30ml of Bourbon to an empty mixing glass
- Add ice
- Stir 30 times
- Add remaining 30ml Bourbon and stir 30 more times
- Strain into a rocks glass over a block of ice
- Squeeze the orange zest over the top and drop it into the glass
- Enjoy!
