Moonwalk

Created for the moon landing in 1969 by Joe Gilmore of the American Bar at the Savoy, London.
This cocktail was reportedly the first drink Neil Armstrong and his crew had when they returned to Earth.
How to make a Moonwalk cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 1 Sugar Cube
- 3 Drops Orange Flower Water
- 3 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- 30ml Grand Marnier
- Topped up with Champagne
- Garnish - Orange Twist
Instructions
- Add the orange flower water & bitters to the sugar cube
- Place the cube into a chilled Champagne flute
- Pour in the Grand Marnier
- Top with Champagne
- Add the garnish
- Feel over the moon!
