A delightfully herbaceous sparkling cocktail.
It can be found in the pages of Pippa Guy's book "Let's Get Fizzical".
How to make a Mediterranean Spritz cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 30ml Rosemary-Infused Gin
- 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Almond Syrup (Orgeat)
- Topped with Sparkling Wine (90ml Approx)
- Garnish - Rosemary Sprig & Lemon Peel
Instructions
- Pour the first 3 ingredients into an empty shaker
- Fill it with ice and shake
- Strain the liquid into an ice-filled wine glass or goblet
- Add the garnish
- Enjoy!
