How to make a Sgroppino cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 30ml Vodka
- 10ml Limoncello
- 1 Scoop Lemon Sorbet
- Topped with Prosecco (90ml Approx)
- Garnish - Grated Lemon Zest
Instructions
- Shake the vodka and limoncello over ice
- Place sorbet into a chilled coupe glass
- Pour the shaken liquid over the top
- Pour the Prosecco over the top
- Add the garnish!
Andy's Top Tip - Try mango sorbet instead of lemon, and add orange zest to replace the lemon.
