Traditional Italian dessert / cocktail.

How to make a Sgroppino cocktail at home


  • 30ml Vodka
  • 10ml Limoncello
  • 1 Scoop Lemon Sorbet
  • Topped with Prosecco (90ml Approx)
  • Garnish - Grated Lemon Zest


  • Shake the vodka and limoncello over ice
  • Place sorbet into a chilled coupe glass
  • Pour the shaken liquid over the top
  • Pour the Prosecco over the top
  • Add the garnish!

Andy's Top Tip - Try mango sorbet instead of lemon, and add orange zest to replace the lemon.
