Port Old Fashioned

A wonderful way to use up any Port you may have at Christmas, or any other time for that matter!
How to make a Port Old Fashioned cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 7.5ml Maple Syrup
- 6 Dashes Bob's Abbott's Bitters
- 60ml Bourbon
- 20ml Tawny Port
- Garnish - Orange Zest
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into an empty mixing glass
- Fill with ice
- Stir for 30 seconds
- Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass (block ice works best)
- Enjoy!
Andy's Top Tip - If you don't have Bob's Abbotts Bitters use aromatic bitters instead, it's still a fine drink!
