Everyone in the cocktail universe needs to know how to make this one, it's a must for your cocktail cabinet.
How to make a Mojito - Andy's Version cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 60ml Bacardi
- 45ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 12-15 Medium-Sized Mint Leaves
- Optional: Splash of Soda (25-35ml Max)
- Garnish - A mint sprig
Instructions
- Pour the ingredients into highball glass
- Give them a stir
- Add crushed ice and mix with a spoon
- Add the optional splash of soda if you wish
- Top up with more crushed ice
- Add the garnish
Andy's Top Tip - Tap the mint sprig garnish against the back of your hand to release more aroma.
