Everyone in the cocktail universe needs to know how to make this one, it's a must for your cocktail cabinet.

How to make a Mojito - Andy's Version cocktail at home


  • 60ml Bacardi
  • 45ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 12-15 Medium-Sized Mint Leaves
  • Optional: Splash of Soda (25-35ml Max)
  • Garnish - A mint sprig


  • Pour the ingredients into highball glass
  • Give them a stir
  • Add crushed ice and mix with a spoon
  • Add the optional splash of soda if you wish
  • Top up with more crushed ice
  • Add the garnish

Andy's Top Tip - Tap the mint sprig garnish against the back of your hand to release more aroma.
