Instructions

• Salt half the rim of a pre-chilled glass by rubbing the edge with a lime wedge
• Throw away the lime and roll the side of the glass into a saucer containing a mixture of table salt and sea salt flakes (Think Maldon!)
• Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake
• Fine strain into your pre-prepared glass

Andy's Top Tips -

• I recommend only covering half the glass with salt to leave your options open!
• Use Blanco (silver) Tequila for a light fresh taste or Reposado Tequila for more depth of flavour and colour (as pictured here)
