Instructions

• Into the bottom of a julep cup or rocks glass add the caster sugar, bitters and soda
• Grind the mixture into a paste with a spoon
• Add in the mint leaves and press gently with a spoon or muddler
• Pour in the Bourbon
• Fill with crushed ice and churn with a spoon
• Top with more crushed ice well above the top of the cup
• Add your garnish and straw

Andy's Top Tip - Also try this one with Cognac instead of Bourbon, I prefer it with the Whiskey personally, but the Cognac version is also an awesome drink!
