An inspired combination of ingredients this, and it really works when they all come together, well worth a try.
Andy's Top Tip - Take a pre-chilled glass and roll the edge in sugar syrup, wipe of any excess, and then roll the edge of the glass in a saucer containing a combination of chocolate powder and freshly grated chocolate. Again I recommend only coating half of the glass.
