Russian Spring Punch

I've never know anyone not to like this cocktail, another classic from the genius that was Dick Bradsell.
How to make a Russian Spring Punch cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 30ml Vodka
- 15ml Creme de Cassis (or other good berry liqueur)
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 30ml Re'al Raspberry Puree
- Top with sparkling wine (around 50ml)
- Garnish - A mint sprig and two raspberries
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients barring the sparkling wine into a cocktail shaker
- Fill the shaker with cubed ice and the highball glass with crushed ice
- Shake the drink
- Strain into the highball glass over the crushed ice
- Add the sparkling wine
- Top up the crushed ice and the garnish
- A straw or two will also be necessary
Andy's Top Tip - If you don't have raspberry puree you can use a dozen fresh raspberries and 15ml of sugar syrup.
