How to make a Autumn Martini cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 1/2 a Passion Fruit
- 50ml Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka
- 25ml Pressed Apple Juice
- 15ml Passion Fruit Syrup
- 15ml Egg White
- Garnish - Half a passion fruit floating in the glass
Instructions
- Cut a passion fruit in half, scoop the flesh from one half into a cocktail shaker, and set aside the other half to garnish the drink with
- Pour the other ingredients into the shake
- Fill with ice and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
- Add the garnish
