Anyone who wasn't addicted to the show Scrubs probably doesn't get the reference.  If you were addicted to it like me, then well done!

How to make a Appletini cocktail at home

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Fresh Green Apple (Diced)
  • 1 Bar Spoon Sugar
  • 45ml Vodka
  • 15ml Apple Schnapps
  • 30ml Pressed Apple Juice
  • Garnish - An apple slice on the rim (or an apple chevron if you're showing off - see my video on YouTube on how to make an apple chevron)

 

Instructions

  • Slice the apple and place the pieces into a cocktail shaker
  • Add the sugar
  • Crush the apple & sugar with a muddler
  • Pour in the other ingredients
  • Fill with ice and shake
  • Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
  • Pop the apple garnish on the side of the glass

Andy's Top Tip - If you wish to make a quicker version of this drink leave out the chopped green apple and sugar, and replace with a additional 15ml pressed apple juice instead.
